Each year, the University of Waterloo and our Federation of Students thank our community for its partnership and mutual support by hosting Waterloo Region’s flagship Canada Day Celebration.
The Canada Day Celebration offers entertainment for all ages, including:
- TVOKids Stage featuring Bobs & LoLo and hosted by Giselle Corinthios
- OpenText Stage featuring live performances by The Strumbellas and Kim Mitchell
- Family activities including face painting, water slide, inflatable rides and more
- Food fair & beer garden featuring Waterloo Brewing Co. and a diverse range of local food vendors
- Fireworks finale at 10 p.m.
